Mario Gnutti is Vice President of the Gnutti Carlo Group.

He was born in Gardone V.T., in the province of Brescia (Italy) in 1975. After graduating in Business Administration, he joined his father at Gnutti Carlo. He is married and the father of three daughters.

In 2003, he joined the family group, Gnutti Carlo S.p.A. He developed his first professional experiences in the shop floor by deepening and applying all the most modern production management techniques (Toyota method, TPM, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing). In 2011, Mario Gnutti decided to give the company a strong, managerial imprint with the aim of strengthening and expanding the competitive positioning of the Gnutti Carlo Group and creating value.
At the same time, he is the promoter and supporter of many projects within the Gnutti Carlo Group: the Lean Journey, the Gnutti Carlo Academy, Industry 4.0, the Gnutti Management System, and much more.
His commitment to volunteering is also strong: since 2017, he has been a member of the board of directors of 'Croce Bianca' in Brescia and 'RicerChiAmo' Onlus association.
He is a determined leader without ever showing off. He loves to explore and take new paths, conceive alternatives to the way things are usually done in pursuit of important and challenging goals.
