The Code of Conduct of the Gnutti Carlo Group defines the principles, corporate values as well as the rules that must guide all our actions in line with the fundamental values of the Group. The set out principles are binding, without exception, for all company representatives, for employees and for any other person acting, directly or indirectly, in the name and on behalf of the Gnutti Carlo Group which is obliged to comply with the provisions of the same. Gnutti Carlo Group undertakes not to initiate or continue any type of relationship with anyone who does not intend to comply with the principles of this Code of Conduct.
